Returns Information 

Return & Exchange Policy

LITOLFF store online purchases: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your goods, provided we get them back within 14 days and in perfect original saleable condition, in the original packaging, with all tags attached. 

 

Online purchases only: If you are a customer in the EU, Norway, Liechtenstein or Iceland, you have additional statutory rights to cancel online orders from when you made the order up to 14 days after you receive the goods. If you wish to cancel before delivery of your items, email us at export.litolff(at)icloud.com, or complete a cancellation form [link] via email or post. If you wish to cancel after receiving the items, return them to us within 

14 days of receipt in perfect sateable condition, in the original packaging and with all tags attached. For items LITOLFF store online, please fill out the returns form included with your order. If you did not receive a returns form, please contact us via email. Our returns address is

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges for unwanted items. For your protection, please be sure to return your goods via recorded or registered post. 

 

EXCEPTIONS 

 

We cannot accept any returns on for hygiene reasons, except where faulty or not as described (see below). 

 

EXCHANGES 

 

We cannot hold stock for exchanges. In order to exchange your item you should return the original purchase in accordance with this policy and then submit a new order online or purchase a new item in store. 

 

PAYMENT OF REFUNDS 

 

Refunds in relation to online purchases will be made to you as soon as possible via the original payment method and in any event within 14 days of our receipt of returned items. 

We may make deductions from refunds to reflect any reduction in the value of the items which may have resulted from your handling of them; i.e. they are no longer in perfect saleable condition.

DAMAGE TO SHIPPING PACKAGING

 

If the delivery was damaged at the shipping/customs broker, LITOLFF needs

Pictures of the packaging and the goods showing the damage. As soon as these

are available, LITOLFF will inform the insurance company for the damage,

to organize the return for insurance.

FAULTY ITEMS 

 

If your items are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to return them to us within 14 days of receipt for exchange or a refund. If you are returning the items after 14 days has passed, we may opt to repair or replace them before offering a refund. We will cover the cost of any return postage for goods which are faulty or not as described.

Inspect the pacifier regularly and if it shows any damage, replace it immediately. Do not expose pacifier to direct sunlight when not in use.

For the sake of your child’s safety:Warning: Clean before every use and examine it for damaged parts by stretching it into all directions

(especially silicone) Even the best material is subject to ageing, 

therefore discard damaged pacifiers at once. Warning!

Do not bring teats into contact with pointed or sharp objects (danger of tearing or swallowing).

 

We recommend replacing the pacifier every 1-2 months for reason of hygiene and safety. Before first use sterilize the pacifier for 5 minutes in cooking water. Afterwards squeeze out possible rest water of the teat. Do not clean pacifier with washing-up liquid or in a dishwasher. Caution: Do not attach any not certified strings or cords to the pacifier, your child could strangle himself.

Do not wet the sucking parts with sweet substances (caries). Protect from intensive solar radiation and heat (premature material fatigue)

SHIPPING TO THE USA – IMPORTANT CUSTOMS INFORMATION

Due to a recent U.S. regulation, customs rules for imports into the United States have changed. Private senders can still send gifts to private individuals with a value of up to 100 USD (approx. 85 EUR) per shipment, as well as documents, via standard postal services to the USA and Puerto Rico.

Please ensure that:

  • the total value of goods does not exceed 100 USD / 85 EUR

  • the contents are properly declared as “Gift” or marked as documents

  • the country of origin is specified for each item

Shipping gifts with a value exceeding 100 USD via standard postal services is currently not possible due to the new U.S. customs regulations. In such cases, shipping via DHL Express is available.
